Longtime residents of Darien and Rowayton, Carolyn, Jamie and Nick are passionate foodies who have teamed up to bring you

In addition to creating the highest quality fully prepared meals in and around Darien, Rowayton and surrounding towns, Fine & Dandy also offers full service catering, cooking classes and private chef options.

Carolyn Eddie is a local baker and caterer, known for her party food, British Afternoon teas and ‘proper puddings’. She is inspired by her British and European background and celebrates cooking real food with real ingredients.

Jamie Sydney is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute, and has spent her life working in the food industry. In addition to being a well-known local caterer, she has been Head Chef of a specialty food store in New York, made numerous television appearances, run an in-home cooking school and worked as a private chef to Tommy Hilfiger.

Nicholas Type is a former luxury hotelier and restaurateur. The first part of his career was spent working at the Four Seasons, The Savoy and Hotel Beau Rivage. He then opened acclaimed fast casual concepts in NYC, before settling in Connecticut. Nick had owned and operated local restaurants over the years and is known for his culinary skill and restaurant knowledge.
